I'll be a "Coach In Your Pocket" for a full day, via email or voice/text messaging...

...Supporting you with anything that feels sticky, providing you with feedback, brainstorming ideas with you, working through any internal bottlenecks or mindset blocks, helping you process and overcome perfectionism and procrastination, giving you support and encouragement, and more.

You get unlimited access to me throughout our Day of Coaching (max 7 hours) to ask as many questions and request as much coaching as you want!

I am typically available between 9am - 4pm PT, and we can adjust that based on timezone needs etc. Please note that significant changes to this schedule, e.g. weekend or evening PT, may be subject to additional fees.

"How do I schedule my Day of Coaching?"

Email [email protected] with your preferred day (you will receive instructions on setting it up after you purchase).

In some cases, we can make this happen as soon as TOMORROW!

Feel free to buy this now so we can book ahead in your calendar (e.g. If you have a feeling you'll need someone in your corner while you're working on a big project or if a lot of mindset stuff will be coming up for you), and/or purchase as needed if you need spontaneous support.

After you purchase your Day of Coaching and reach out with your preferred date, in most cases I will get back to you within 1 - 2 business days to confirm your Day of Coaching (please check your spam filter if you haven't heard back from me within a couple business days).

If you have purchased this *the night before your desired Coaching Day*, then you likely won't hear from me until the morning of the start of our Day of Coaching. If for whatever reason I am unable to be available for that day, we will either a) reschedule it, or b) refund you if it's a time-sensitive matter that cannot be rescheduled.



"What happens during my Day of Coaching?"

We will do this via email and/or Voxer. Voxer is a free voice/text messaging app that you can use on your phone and/or on desktop. You will need to sign up and download it in anticipation of our Day of Voxer.

The usual hours are 9am PT - 4pm PT for a Day of Coaching. This can be adjusted based on timezone needs etc, although it may be subjected to an additional fee. (At the end of the day, I will let you know that I'm signing off for the day and check in for any final questions. If there is anything else you would like to discuss further or get more coaching on, please feel free to book another Day of Coaching!)

During our Day of Coaching, you can send emails or messages via Voxer of any length/frequency and ask as many questions as you want, etc, based on your preference (you can use voice and/or text messaging options in Voxer). In most instances, I will be able to get back to you within the hour. If I have any meetings/appointments booked that day, I'll let you know in advance if there are any times in which I might be delayed in responding. (During those times, you can absolutely continue to send me messages! I will just not be able to respond until afterward.)

IMPORTANT: I'm here to support you, *and also* I can only help you with what I *know* you want/need help with — and unfortunately I'm not a mind reader :) If I don't hear from you for several hours during our Day of Coaching, I'll assume it's because you have everything you need from me and that you're feeling fully supported (so if that's NOT the case, then please reach out to let me know! I want you to have the best possible experience). If you'd prefer that I check in with you throughout the day, please specify that upfront (e.g. hourly check-ins).



"Can I purchase a Day of Coaching more than once?"

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.

"Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?"

No refunds are available for this. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns in advance.
